In this section, we will introduce the changes in the economy and society in Africa becoming remarkable since 2000, particularly the medium- to long-term trends of these changes and future prospects. We will share discussions on whether these changes can be structurally interpreted. We will also offer specific case studies, discussions and records of seminars and lectures, distributed handouts and presentation materials about what business opportunities these changes can bring in for Japan through the cooperation of seminar sponsors and lecturers.

The structural changes in medium- to long-term prospects of the African economy have been discussed globally. Thus, this section will also offer relevant key English documents with bibliographical introduction.
